Caregiver Qualifications
We are looking for caregivers who are not only qualified but who genuinely care about the people they serve. Depending on the position and assigned client needs, we look for caregivers with qualifications such as:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
- CPR and First Aid
- Previous Caregiving Experience
- Dementia Care Experience
Additional Requirements
Applicants may also be expected to meet the following requirements:
- PCA or other appropriate caregiving qualifications
- Ability to successfully complete required background screenings
- Reliable transportation when required for the position
- Dependability and good attendance
- Compassionate and respectful attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow client care plans and agency policies
- Professionalism
- Appropriate training for assigned client needs
- Required health/employment documentation
Training & Preparation
